Academic enrichment. Autonomy in curricula design, pedagogy, and continuous
assessment is extended to all faculty members. Faculty members are given
complete autonomy to decide the components of continuous evaluation. Every
employee decides his/her own key performance areas and is appraised visàvis
that through selfappraisals. 2. Inclusive growth through active consideration
of feedbacks from all the stake holders. Every aspect of the institutional
functioning is reviewed against the formal or informal feedback of the
respective stakeholders. Academic activities including curriculum development
and pedagogy were upgraded based on the comprehensive analysis of feedback from
students, alumni, parents, academic peers, inhouse faculty members and
industrial experts, while aligning with the guidelines of regulatory bodies.
These included syllabus revisions, inclusion of courses widening the
technical/scientific knowhow, enhancement of courses focusing on skill
development and employability, promoting the courses and activities imparting
environmental consciousness as well as national and interpersonal values.
Inputs from the Principals and HoDs from institutions, advisors and
administrative heads were actively considered towards upgrading the
infrastructure and facilities. Research projects and consultancies catering to
industrial requirements were increasingly undertaken. Feedback from various
facultylevel committees involved in organizing institutional technical/
scientific/other organizational events were incorporated to streamline and
improvise the service contracts availed. Concerns of regular service providers
and allied agencies including transport, security, canteen, gardening etc. were
also considered at various levels to improve oncampus experiences.
